I was given the book "Recession Proof Yourself" to read by a family member. I found it very helpful. Although I am no longer working full time I adopted the budget tips and was amazed at the savings. Setting money aside, looking for cheaper ways to do things,allowed our income to stretch,with a little left over. This is a valuable book for any person to read.
